
Vandy Goddard, is a dynamic writer, preacher, teacher and motivational speaker. He preaches the Word of God under the influence of the Holy Ghost bring healing and deliverance to the lives of God’s people.
At the age of twenty, growing tired of the ways of the world he received Christ as his personal savior, while locked behind the walls of a jailhouse. Shortly after being release from jail he joined Holy Ghost Deliverance Church in Washington, NC under the leadership of Pastor V. Faye Hardy, there he found his wife Sharon and was married in the beginning of 1996.
At the latter end of 1996, they relocated to Raleigh, NC and soon after joined Mt Calvary Word of Faith in Raleigh, NC under the leadership of Pastor Shirley Caesar Williams. “During that time Vandy experience a lot of changes. Yet God continue to bless him.”
In the beginning of 1999, Vandy and his wife relocated to Selma, NC. He joined Salvation Deliverance Temple in Smithfield, NC and sat under the leadership of Bishop Ruben and Pastor Mary Thompson. There he served as Van Driver, Usher, Head Usher, Youth Committee Board Member, and Deacon in training. While being faithful to the works assigned to him, God called him to preach the gospel. He answered the call and preached his initial sermon.
He continued to serve to the best of his ability. “Knowing that if you be faithful of the few things God will make you ruler of many.” He was at work one day when the Lord spoke to him and said, “He was calling him to Pastor and he would confirm his words out of the mouth of his witnesses, which he did.”
Pastor Vandy says, “His desire to take his experiences back into the communities, to bring a different outlook to the downhearted, by helping to create new opportunities. Such as one on one support and inner construction, through spiritual and natural education seeking to reach one person at a time, and then all together. He believes that no matter where you come from, or what you have been through with God on your side and the right mindset you can do all things. To please God and do his will is his greatest desire”.
